You’ll need to handle the shipping costs for sending the item back to us. Just remember, shipping costs are non-refundable—we wish we could add some magic to that, but alas, even return wizards have limits!

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, get ready! Once your return is approved, a shiny credit will automatically appear in your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Voilà!
